Stock futures rose Monday, with shares of several energy companies jumping, after the U.S. military seized Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro over the weekend.  Nasdaq 100, S&P 500, and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 0.8%, 0.3%, and 0.1%, respectively.
