HSBC has named Victor Matarranz as head of International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) for the Americas and Europe, with the role starting on 1 October 2025. Matarranz moves from Banco Santander, where he spent 13 years in senior posts in Madrid and London, most recently as Global CEO of Wealth Management and Insurance.
