Oracle seeks to raise $15B from corporate bond sale, Bloomberg reports
Oracle (ORCL) is looking to borrow $15B through the U.S. sale of corporate bonds, as it begins to fulfill major cloud infrastructure deals with OpenAI and others, Bloomberg’s Ethan M. Steinberg, Brody Ford, and Brian W. Smith report. According to people familiar with the matter, Oracle is selling the debt in as many as seven parts, including a 40-year bond, with initial price discussions for that part of the deal in the area of 1.65 percentage point above similarly dated Treasuries.
