German energy company Uniper has reached an agreement to sell the Datteln 4 coal-fired power plant located in North Rhine-Westphalia, a western German state, to the ResInvest Group. This deal includes the site's coal infrastructure and the associated heat generation facilities. The purchase price of the deal has not been disclosed.
