Wheat is trading with contracts mixed and winter wheats holding higher. The wheat complex posted gains across the three exchanges to close out the Monday session. Chicago SRW futures closed with 5 to 6 cent gains. Open interest was down 4,044 contracts, indicating short covering. KC HRW futures were 5 to 6 cents in the green at the final bell.
